Return Policy

Dolphin Group does not currently sell physical goods. As such, a traditional return policy does not apply. If you purchase a service or digital product in error, please contact us directly and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Refund and Dispute Policy

We stand by the quality of our consulting and digital offerings. If you're unsatisfied with a service or product, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For unused consulting sessions within a package, refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Monthly consulting packages may be canceled with 14 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle. One-time service bookings (such as à la carte sessions or intensives) may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable.

Legal or Export Restrictions

Dolphin Group does not operate in countries currently under U.S. trade restrictions or sanctions. All digital content and materials are intended solely for internal business use by the purchasing party. Redistribution, resale, or repackaging of our materials is not permitted without written consent.

Terms & Conditions of Promotions

Any promotional discounts or special offers must be applied during the checkout process and are only valid within the promotional period stated. Offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated and cannot be applied retroactively. All promotions are subject to change or cancellation at any time.

Dolphin Group provides strategic consulting, training, and digital products in the areas of marketing, finance, operations, sales, and leadership. Specific terms may apply based on the service or package selected.

2. Payment & Billing

All services are billed in USD. Payment is due in advance for recurring packages or at the time of purchase for à la carte services. Stripe processes all payments securely on our behalf.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Monthly consulting services may be canceled with 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information and timely feedback to ensure effective delivery of services. Any delays or lack of communication may impact timelines and results.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, systems, and frameworks shared by Dolphin Group are protected intellectual property. You may use these for your internal business purposes only and may not redistribute them without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dolphin Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service rendered.
